Such a lovely community cafe…so good we visited three times whilst on the island for a week. Delicious smoky bacon rolls. Great cuppa. Yummy butternut squash soup. Oh and the cakes…a must! Recommend the passion cake, chocolate cake and Victoria sponge cake…so light and tasty. The ladies here are super friendly too and full of helpful knowledge. Toilets are super clean. Plenty of parking. Museum next door too. Thank you for a fab find on our Isle of Lewis/Harris trip. A great place to stop

Great wee shop. I collect my fishing licence here every year. Well stocked and saves a journey into town which is a 50min round trip.

The cafe has more than delicious cakes: the Cullen Skink was lovely, as were the bacon rolls, hot smoked salmon salad with homemade oatcakes. Homemade strawberries and cream ice cream. Definitely worth a trip out to Uig, or a stop on your way. Plus it's all in a good cause for the Uig community.
